Sheffield Woodland Event Day 31st of July

July 31, 2026

10.30am-13.30pm

We’re running a summer of events across Yorkshire, giving families from all backgrounds a chance to join immersive woodland circus shows, as well as free family workshops to help you have your voice heard by politicians on the local issues that matter to you.

On the 30th of July, meet us in Ecclesall Woods, Sheffield, next to the woodland discovery centre, for a fun, family friendly, day out that will get you and your kinds connecting with nature.

The event will run from 10.30am - 1.30pm More details to follow by email.

Join us at 10.30am for a Positive Imaginings Circus Show, a nature-based, family-friendly event designed to inspire curiosity, spark action, and imagine a brighter, fairer future for all.

Then stay for a Woodland Workshop at  12.30, a free session providing children the chance to play in nature, and adults the chance to share your hopes for the future and learn new skills in engaging with politicians to advocate for change.

Our events have been designed with accessibility as a priority and are tailor made to be a welcoming space for disabled children.

Due to funding from the National Lottery we are also able to cover travel costs for each family attending either after the day or in-advance if helpful.

We'll meet everyone next to the woodland discovery centre. The show will start at 10.30 so please arrive at 10.20 and we can make sure is is ready to go on time.
